CuFu (Made With Non-organic Seeds)

Please refrigerate Turnbull's CuFu upon receipt of goods. Cufu will last at least 10 days from the date of production in the fridge, unopened. I have experimented and the vacuum packaging kept it fresh for 20 days. It could even be more. Once opened use within 4 days.

You can extend the shelf life of Turnbull's CuFu by submerging it in brine (Salt water) and storing in the fridge.

Turnbull's CuFu does not freeze well. It turns crumbly. This is fine if you want to make a mince style dish, but not for cubed CuFu.

- Local deliveries will be carried out on Friday and Saturday each week. 
- If you aren't going to be in, please leave a sealed container outside. If this isn't possible I will arrange a more convenient time for delivery or you can pick it up in person.
- If product is left in your container, refrigerate as soon as you can. Seeing as it's vacuum packed, it should be fine for a few hours out of the fridge.
- It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and full delivery address to enable us to deliver your perishable product with minimal risk of spoiling. 

We only accept returns if you have received the product in an unacceptable state....such as split packaging or mould. We check every unit and follow procedures to ensure you receive the product in perfect condition.

• Royal mail charge £4.10 for 24 hour tracked delivery up to 2kg.  Packaging costs per package are around £1. This means you can order up to 4 packs of CuFu in one package to keep the costs down.
• Because this is a chilled perishable product, it needs to be chilled during transit. Therefore the packaging needs to have a gel ice pack within an insulating material within a box. 
• I am very passionate about using non plastic bio degradable materials, however after a lot of research.... the costs of using such material at this early stage in the business would be prohibitive. I simply can't buy enough eco insulating material to bring the costs down enough. Therefore, temporarily I will be using plastic bubble wrap as an insulator.
• This was a very difficult decision to make, as I HATE plastic. So can I ask you to reuse the bubble wrap and gel packs, and/or recycle the bubble wrap at your nearest outlet that accepts such plastic.
